Thank you for requesting the Trade XCelerators IEEPA Refund Service Agreement. You should have just received an email from DocuSign with a link allowing you to both complete and sign this agreement.

In this DocuSign form, you’ll complete and sign the following two documents. Both documents are required to be signed for Trade XCelerators to begin work, and prepare your data to file your IEEPA Refund request.

1. Trade XCelerators IEEPA Refund Service Agreement. This will include our scope of services and our fees to handle your IEEPA Refund.
2. U.S. Customs Form (CF) 4811. This form will allow Trade XCelerators to act as your “Refund Agent” with U.S. Customs.

Once you’ve completed both the IEEPA Refund Service Agreement AND the U.S. Customs Form (CF) 4811, Trade XCelerators will start auditing all of our Entry Summary Data and preparing for the U.S. Supreme Court’s (SCOTUS) decision. We are expecting their decision in February ‘26.
